Most food good as usual but chips hard tonight not really edible ????

How this place hasn’t closed down is beyond me. Ordered a simple cheese pizza last night and a shish donner mix kebab. The lot went in the bin. The pizza was crushed into the box, and the kebab ????the shish looked like lumps of coal, clearly from the previous day. When are takeaways going to provide customers with decent food for our hard earned cash? It’s disgusting that they think they can serve whatever they please! They certainly would not eat it. Did ring up to complain, offered to send more food. We declined and asked for a refund and that I would give them back the food. They apparently have no driver to bring the refund, (although had one to bring more food ????) so they are bringing the refund tonight! I will brb with an update later along with photos of the food

I ordered a chicken bhuna, chicken balti and a cheese and garlic nan. We received the bhuna but a chicken tikka masala and a plain nan. When I called to complain. I was basically called a liar and that the app just said chicken!!! That sounds like an issue with your app and not what I chose! We've used Alvaston Fast Food for the last 15 years and never had an issue but I'm sorry we wont be using you again so disappointing

Awful, ordered at 7.10pm, estimated delivery time was 8.10pm, finally turned up at 8.54, stone cold, the pizza was burnt, ordered cheesy chips on a naan bread, this came without a naan bread. Hubby had shish donner kebab, it looked awful, the lot went in the bin. Total order was £32, it’s not good enough sending out rubbish food that I’m sure the owners would not eat themselves. Did ring to let them know. Said I didn’t want replacement, was past it by then. Whoever answered just said, ask for me next time! Oh ok, whoever you are ????

We always order from here and often order the family kebab. Ordered this last night and it was absolutely pathetic! Hardly any meat on it, the smalled bit of shredded lettuce but absolutely drowning in sauce. There's never any consistency in the portion sizes. Also the quality of meat has also declined. Donner meat was thin, overcooked and not nice at all. Won't be ordering from here anymore

Ordered online a large kebab with a cheese naan bread made a note NO ONIONS in the salad. What arrived was a kebab that looked small, loads of onions and a plain naan bread. Won’t be ordering a kebab again. However the pizzas are amazing

Very tasty takeaway, shish meat is tender with the best chargrilled taste. Mixed veg bhaji is nicely flavoured with fresh nann and tikka. Happy with this takeaway so will be back again.
